Barre is a blend of Pilates, Yoga, and dance that uses isometric movements to lengthen and strengthen various muscles, focusing on thighs, abs, and seat.
In this class, participants will use a sturdy chair, countertop, and/or table as a support for balance. This class will incorporate movement both sitting and standing.
