Remember, it's okay to take time for yourself. When is the last time you had the house to yourself? You are better able to give good care if you make sure your own needs are met. OFC can give you the freedom to breathe and maintain your own mental and physical health.

Affordabilty

At less than $14 per hour, OFC costs far less than other care alternatives. Participation in adult day programs can also prevent or delay the need for more expensive care.

We will talk through your situation and can refer you to caregiver counseling, legal or financial guidance, help with transitions, and other valuable assistance.
