Javeno hails from the city of Manchester UK and owns his own disabled-focused gym J7 Fitness, which has won gym of the year 3 years in a row. He, however, doesn’t like to use the word ‘gym’ as it’s too restrictive. It’s more of a community health centre that’s filled with Javeno’s positive, encouraging energy. He works with people that are disabled and people who have cancer, Parkinson’s, and dementia all for free at a level that feels right for them and their condition.
